Our story
Set up by Daniel Stevenson in 2023, haboodle represents a new breed of estate agents. Young, ambitious and driven by entrepreneurism.
Hailing from Ireland with a family background in property design and development, Daniel moved to London in 2012 for a Management Internship at Hilton Hotels. Impressed deeply with the power of brand loyalty and exceptional customer service, Daniel left the hospitality sector to pursue his passion for property.
Starting with a small independent agent in Clapham, Daniel later joined the KFH estate agent group. Achieving multiple awards including top estate agent for KFH London and customer service recognition, it was clear that Daniel had found his calling.
After rising through the ranks to become Area Director for the UK’s leading online agent, Daniel identified an opportunity in the market for a new, modern estate agency proposition. One that combines the best people with the greatest technology to deliver an exceptional property experience for people on the move.

We worked with Dan at Haboodle to list our detached bungalow in Purley. Following some positive reviews online and a series of sold signs popping up in the vicinity of our property we decided to give him a call. Have to say the personal approach and clearly knowledgeable and well tenured professionalism purveyed was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street chains. After 3 months of next to nothing with the previous agent, we went on the market with Haboodle and were inundated with activity the very next day, resulting in a perfectly sourced buyer. Dan kept us up to date continuously throughout the process and was extremely helpful in making the all important negotiations an informed decision.

Really above and beyond
Dan helped us sell our first house, and was already really helpful in our search for our second house. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the market and really went above and beyond to help us through ever step. He found our buyers within a week of listing and achieved a price we were all happy with. While our completion was ultimately delayed, this was due to other parties in the chain and Dan remained on the front foot throughout.
